China does this all the time 1. The world needs to do something about climate change but we're a developing country so we can't do anything yet, even though we are almost the world's leading economy 2. America needs to fix their race relations, now you're not allowed to speak about the uyghurs and things like commercials having Chinese women shove black males into washing machines and having them come out as Chinese needs to be banned from Western social media!

I call bullshit for the Chiraq or LA being on this list. Both have notorious tailpipe emissions laws and most of California's industry are far north into damn near Oregon.
