"Populations with a high proportion of growth. The young people, who are in much higher proportions in many LDCs, are likely to be more volatile, unstable, prone to extremes, alienation and violence than an older population. These young people can more readily be persuaded to attack the legal institutions of the government or real property of the 'establishment,' 'imperialists,' multinational corporations, or other -- often foreign -- influences blamed for their troubles" [Chapter V, "Implications of Population Pressures for National Security"].
AKA
Import the 3rd world become the 3rd world
Though when I was in grade-school 1st/2nd/3rd world had nothing to do with economic prosperity but had to do with the economic system used, where 3rd world was socialist / communist and 1st was capitalist. Forget 2nd, maybe that was socialist?
"No country has reduced its population growth without resorting to abortion...
I fully disagree with that. The issue is that the natural method of "population reduction" isn't actual population reduction as an act but of birth-rate control. It's how nature does it and it's clearly not studied in human populations due to it not being attributed to being naturally done by the population with no thought or planning at all. White populations throughout history... FOREVER have done this. Only create what you can sustain, "throttle back" when you out pace your ability. No abortion necessary, just a difficult generation. SINGLE generation to even out.
So this is ascribing a specifically and contextually necessary solution of one group (nonWhites), to an incompatible second group (Whites). However reading between the lines I don't think I'm saying anything new. I'd bet that the goal is specifically the act of " ascribing a specifically and contextually necessary solution of one group (nonWhites), to an incompatible second group (Whites)" to not control the population, but to decimate the population.
>"In these sensitive relations, however, it is important in style as well as substance to avoid the appearance of coercion."
I guess that's the key takeaway here
Deception is paramount
