You will be required to claim these stimulus checks with your taxes next year btw. Those stimulus checks are also referred to as economic impact payments or recovery rebates. Technically, they served as an advanced tax credit on your 2020 income taxes. Recipients received them by either direct deposit to bank accounts or debit cards, or through a mailed check.
Why would they tap into money they already took from you when they can just print a lot more? Consequences be damned, apparently.
They took that purchasing power from me then, and now a small part of it is being returned. Naturally anyone with some foresight will immediately buy some asset with lasting value, as the reserve note supply is inflated to the moon.
Is it blood money or hush money, I can’t tell which. From people who can print money out of thin air it sure is a laughable paltry sum for either case. My hands are clean as well.
