Sounds innocent enough doesn't it? It is almost like those writing the ballots know what will get people to vote for what they want...no one is bothered to read the proposition itself or do other research. This proposition, and Prop 57, have done more to increase crime, homelessness and drug abuse than anything else done, and Moonbeam told the people it wouldn't. Tons of things that were a felony are now just a ticket with no enforcement mechanisms (you won't go to jail if you don't pay the fine).

This is spreading as Soros DA's get inserted across the country as Commiefornians flee the shithole they created.

I believe, Mail theft is a federal or international issue. Interference in interstate commerce is like 25years in the pokey I believe. That's why back in the old west outlaws robbed banks n whatnot but never postal offices. Interference in International commerce brings on a world of hurt.

Yea. If growing your own food on your own land for your own consumption is interstate commerce (Sincerely, SCOTUS) then surely this is. If manufacturing a suppressor within your state and selling it within your state to a resident of your state for in-state use is interstate commerce then surely this is.
