Sadly, it would spawn an entire new field of rent seeking where kikes plan a project then cancel it only to sue.

I'm convinced something like that is happening with the apartment buildings and large scale building but I can't figure it out yet. There is several around here where they built the roads and stopped. I wonder if they are collecting grant money or something.
