And I actually had a big rock go through my windshield from kids on an interstate overpass - LOL. Whole family in the car ... we were lucky. By the time the cops got there the kids had disappeared into the fields.
That's some shit. Not saying their lives should be ruined, but that's at the very least a paddling. Seems they call that child abuse these days.
Yup! Shit happens and kids will be kids ... but we were lucky and so were they.
I kind of wonder if a public spanking would do more good in light sentence cases. Not like some flesh scarring Phillipino caning shit, but public humiliation could probably reform a person quicker than a jail in some cases. It's fucked up, but I still wonder.
edit: then again I might be wrong. The way things are going I'm sure that's some peoples fetish.
