A tactic being used by new zealand commies is to regulate landlords out of renting. The laws are so anti landlord that tenants can legally steal and destroy property. The government has also prevented rental income being tax deductible.
So landlords have reacted by leaving properties empty. Capital gains make it worthwhile.
Rent and rental shortages are skyrocketing.
So now the government begins anti landlord propaganda. "see how greedy landlords are? Leaving homes empty while the poor are homeless"
This is there justification for massively expanding state owned housing and no doubt future land seizures
Don't worry... There will be free commie housing made available in short order. This is how it is going. No one is fighting back so it will complete and no one will even know it happened.
