Most people contaminated are living in countryside where modern health education is seriously lacking.

There are plenty of non-profit organizations that are doing their best to teach people with serious health topics and provide free medicine.

Sounds like them Chinese are just as randy as our native skunkapes....and equally oblivious about using condoms.

But remember, this can only happen in non-American countries. In California for instance, where it's only a slap on the wrist to sell your blood knowingly infected with HIV, this situation could never happen because of reasons that exist, but have not yet been adequately explained. I am confident in our leadership though, and I'm glad we've reduced the stigma surrounding people with a highly communicable deadly disease.
