When I went to my LTC course I was specifically told "You don't have to use your weapon to save anyone." "It's not up to you to decide the fate of a criminal that's what we are for Law Enforcement" "You don't have to risk going to prison for someone you don't know." If you shoot someone you will have a 12 month trial for a ground jury it's not something you want to do". The White ex-Police officer kept going on about how bad it was going to be for me if I decided to use my gun to save someone. I was really disappointed because that's kinda what a gun is for. Saving an innocent person or protecting yourself & your family from a piece of shit who deserves to die.
Continue to evade the chimp as best you can, fren
Is LTC a carry license? I don't think I've heard trust acronym. If it's what I think it is, my state calls it a CCDW for concealed carry, deadly weapon.
The laws are shitty and I live in a blue state. Even showing someone that you are carrying in an attempt to back them off can bring charges. Maybe I new to move to Texas.
