Seems like a predatory lawsuit. Frivolous. Probably based on some recent case wherein stupid bitch made a bad decision and doesn't want to take responsibility for her actions. I always wonder what are these women thinking? A reasonable expectation of privacy ends the moment they comply with a request that might compromise their integrity by submitting to a recorded activity or participate in any activities that may become public in the future. It's a no-brainer to me. It's not a porn website responsibility, or any of their business, to know who these people are or wtf (?) were they thinking or doing when the recording was produced. If they have complied with age verification, et al..... If these women have a grievance they should confront the other party /parties present during production in civil suit . And it would GO NOWHERE. But, IMHO, still ultimately the women's fault for getting stupid. I'd push to have it thrown it out of court and counter sue for damages if I was running that business. Shyster lawyers involved in this. Why are some people so quick to blame other people for something that would not have occurred if they had walked away? Or said "no"?
