Happening in Pittsburgh right now. The victims of crime have to go to the magistrate during weekday court hours to file charges themselves. The police won't even arrest people.

Come to think of it, I've only called the cops on black people in the past year. I have about a dozen CCRs. I wasn't told that I had to go to the magistrate myself until this past month. The niggers I live around know I will call the cops AND fight back, and yet they still chimp out. Because the cops were doing nothing.
