Yep I was watching two movies the other day. I've been revisiting 80's & 90's and paying extra attention to the subliminal propaganda. In the 5th element the Bruce Willis got in the car and it was electric connected to the AI bot in the cloud. It told him how many "allowed driving miles he had left" you should watch it if you have time. It had a lot of other "high tech totalitarian scenes" Also the girls ID had her "viral count" banking & cell phone all on the same card. https://files.catbox.moe/yft2c0.jpeg

Another one to watch is Elysium with Matt Damon with the "pods" "brain implant" & trash Los Angeles the peasants live on full of radiation while the elite live on a space satellite paradise Elon Musk space.

Lots of movies to rewatch, old and new.

I always enjoyed sci-fy stuff and seeing the writers ideas, then thinking is this stuff possible. And a lot of the basic stuff is possible and a good idea, but for some reason it's not done.

Didn't care about the acting or the transition, or stupid stuff they tell you to pay attention to. Someone I know is an actor, not anyone famous. And went through lots of film school. You can't watch a movie with the guy at home he will comment on.the stupidest stuff, directory's choice in minor details, now if it's minor details that are relevant then yes- like I just watched a review of Stanley Kubrick's eyes wide shut, actual thought provoking and interesting ideas about the sublties. Or the guy would comment on if an actor pulled something off right. Shut up, I'm trying to suspend disbelief here and enjoy the show.

There is an old George Lucas movie that everyone has forgotten called 'THX 1138' about a dystopia where you work all day for a robotic blowjob. Pretty much modern society.

Sounds exactly like dating except the blowjob isn't guaranteed.

Elysium is exactly the trajectory we're on.
