There is a non-profit I know where all the big wigs are white SJWs. They only hire POCs and take every opportunity to brag about their diversity and dedication to "underserved communities." I'm sure they all consider themselves too important and dedicated to give up their cushy jobs.

I applied with them... The Hiring Manager "got sick" and rescheduled for the next week. That day came and I cancelled because of some dental bullshit and I never heard back. I just sent another email stating that I retract my application and would like to be considered at a later date for future opportunity.

Then I read this. Yeah right.

What's funny is you've always been able to discriminate based on race. What is illegal is stating their race is why someone didn't get the job or service.

If diversity is so important to her, how about she give up her job to a minority? Also want to bet that the hiring pool wouldn't have included any Asians? Any time they say "diversity" it's usually code of "non white" or "unqualified" or both"

Just go back to posting neutral want ads, then discriminating against whites and men, just like they have been for the last 30 years. Coming out of college, I was told multiple times that I was the best candidate, but they couldn't hire me because I was a white man and '[they] were told that they needed to get a diversity candidate in those position'.

30 years ago, I was told by my manager that he couldn't get me promoted to the next level because I was a white male. I left that organization (a major university).
