He did meth and "doesn't remember nuffin" when he goes before the jury all he has to do is say she called him a nigger. If it's a black jury a study showed that blacks would not convict a black who murdered if he / she was called a nigger.

Just to be clear for those who don't know much about drugs- meth doesn't really fuck with memory, unless you're on a bender and have been awake for 3-4 days straight. You might miss bits and pieces of what went on then.
What meth does do, especially at lower doses and to someone not tolerant of the drug, is make you extremely focused, aggressive, can allow you to function on a much higher level than normal (for a few hours after initial dose- this "enhancement" wears off and more negative effects take their place after a few hours). They used to (might still do) give out these little pills to pilots, they call them "baby blues"- they are usually amphetamine salts, which has nearly identical effects to meth (just a bit "cleaner" than methamphetamine). Pilots would take them during night flying in order to stay awake and remain sharp and focused for long periods of time. It will also kill your appetite, and allow you to push your body very far with little food/water. There will be long-term damage from abusing your body like this, of course.
If anything, this nigger should remember, quite vividly, everything from that day. He should remember planning this, spotting his target, stalking her, and attacking. He should remember every bit of it.
If he said "I was on Xanax and drank a bunch of booze, idk what happened that day", that could be believable (he'd still be lying) because those drugs, by themselves, can fuck up your short term memory- combine a benzodiazapene and booze and BLACKOUT. But you will not have the coordination or energy to do much murdering in a state like that.
