I guess this might actually surprise the herd that the TLAs would be eager to add DNA to their 'Total Information Awareness', considering how willfully oblivious the herd is. After all, reading the Snowden files would take away precious time from much more important pursuits, like memorizing sports statistics, helping Lara Croft go grave-robbing, or keeping track of who is fucking whom on which soap opera.....you know the really important stuff!
