Some of these claims are like being shit-tested by a woman. They shine a light on the idiots who will believe anything so long as it matches their conspiracy-to-control-us bent.

Not that it's absolutely impossible what is described, just that the speaker probably couldn't explain what he's describing. Nature and physics leaves room for all manner of things we haven't figured out, and subtle things that cause something to act as a receiver for something else.
