Yes, they seemed to take the main aspects of their original culture: the tribal violence, sex as basic reproduction, the idleness, the inability to invent anything. And they just pasted that onto a Western backdrop, so their new culture is best described as: urban violence, fatherless children, joblessness, and music that is just copying the same tired themes of sex and violence from every other other niggers music.
