its likely the child was awake. the woman should be charged out of decency for society. 17 year old boys can and should be protected from adults contributing to the delicuentcy of the said minor just like girls.
now that boy is predisposed to barter through life with sex, it isnt even money, and far from proper relationships being a fundemental element of livlihood.
