You could advertise as “mask free plumbing” and I bet a lot of people would specifically hire you. I’ve thought about offering “mask free tutoring” or something as well.

Personally I would go out of my way to hire anyone advertising as no-mask. It’s not just that I hate wearing them, I hate seeing others wear them as well.
