I'm not sure. Most of ours are from the same big contracting firm. It's almost insane how little they know and they argue with you when you point things out. I can't stand them. There was a couple good ones that have been there for a while but not one contractor is decent.

to get inducted in to my company you apply, get given a nod, then get thrown in the deep end and have to go straight in to hosting a class (couldnt be that hard, they signed me off) but i had to supervise an indian ladies induction.
now ive been working with people with all kinds of non english accents for like a decade and a half.
i didnt have a problem with this woman at all and gave her the nod, thought she would be handy for jobs with a bunch on indians on their worksite.
apparently i was the only white person in the room who made any sense of what she was saying and most of the class wanted a refund.
seems i need my ears cleaned out!
