I'm not sure. Most of ours are from the same big contracting firm. It's almost insane how little they know and they argue with you when you point things out. I can't stand them. There was a couple good ones that have been there for a while but not one contractor is decent.
You don't need geniuses to push brooms, wash cars, move boxes. Whites have more geniuses and retards. We can fill those jobs and do so with higher labor rates. Which pushes everything upward. But that runs the risk of allowing single income families. Can't have that.
