It's not the case that justice is served, but it's pretty often true that those behind this sort of thing lose their jobs. At least in the US, this problem has existed as long as politicians have and so the US system is build to allow at least some form of correction to occur. A big part of the commie gas lighting campaign is convincing you that the system is against you. It only partially is. The fake news will run stories of kids forced to take tranny hormones, then never report that it was overturned a few days later. But you're right the judge is never properly punished for his evil.
