I don't care what the manufactures want, but tarries are almost always bad. They help American steel companies at the expense of all companies who use steel in their products.
Interestingly, republicans understand that tariffs are not good for trade/ the economy.... when a democrat is the one proposing it.
The point of tariffs was to counter chinese jew practices such as Dumping. China sells products below the actual cost of production.

Sounds like a good deal for the consumer then. Grocery stores do this too, it's called a loss lead.
The point is to kill the US. Destroy all means of production.
Then when they have full control and production, they can jack up the prices to their desire.
