How about opening up the economy and ending the fear campaign of the Wuhan flu virus.

That's part of it. Another other part is collusion between all the near monopolies at the top of nearly all industries. And the other part is hyperinflation, which is only getting started.

[–] 2 pts

Articles like this are set to blame the previous administration for the hyperinflation which was actually caused by the previous administration's congress.

Just purge all. Fresh start.

lumber, gas, steel, beef, produce..up, up, up...hyper-inflation is just getting started. Prepare, prepare, prepare.

This isn't hyperinflation it's a manufactured crisis.

Well, I think they are manufacturing it a bit, to blame it on this or that, here and there, but no one can stop the inflation, from printing so much money...the shit is gonna hit the fan

All those "safe" cash saving options are about to be worthless.

Printing 25% more money in a single year isn't a real crisis?

The manufactured part is companies figured out they can intentionally reduce their supply, blame covid, and jack their prices up.

Trump stopped importing shit Chinese steel and set the stage for more manufacturing in the US. Steel company canceled expansion plans because Deep State stole the election and installed an administration that is anti American.

This is all true. This is the ccp business strategy: one by one they focus on an American industry sectors, and flood the market with that product below cost for a few years driving the competition out of business and purchasing ethier IP or in this case the mines and infrastructure.

Then, once they own the means of production they are free to raise the prices above what the American industry had been previously selling the product for.

The tariff is there to protect from the Chinese dumping of steel below production value.

Interesting how a large steel mill expansion was just cancelled by USS...

Even with the tariff Chinese steel is cheaper than everything else. The manufacturers are just angry that it's not 25% cheaper than it already is. Fuck them.

[–] 1 pt

American steel is still the best. You get what you pay for. Fuck chinesium

Fucking Libertarians/Globalist. Reason.com is full of them.

I don't care what the manufactures want, but tarries are almost always bad. They help American steel companies at the expense of all companies who use steel in their products.

Interestingly, republicans understand that tariffs are not good for trade/ the economy.... when a democrat is the one proposing it.

The point of tariffs was to counter chinese jew practices such as Dumping. China sells products below the actual cost of production.

China sells products below the actual cost of production.

Sounds like a good deal for the consumer then. Grocery stores do this too, it's called a loss lead.

[–] 0 pt

The point is to kill the US. Destroy all means of production.

Then when they have full control and production, they can jack up the prices to their desire.

businesses beg for relief.

The international corporations are in crisis! At this rate executive bonuses may drop to 1/3 their usual and even golden parachutes may be affected. Watch as lobbyists show up in Washington and opinions abruptly change to "This terriff is bad for the economy".
