' hm, this model is so efficient, it should be implemented everywhere '.. I think not.. these fuckers don't even try and hide it anymore.
I have actually. It took a total of 10 minutes to get my real id done, 15 to register the last vehicle I bought from a private sale. That's time from in the door to out.
Where people fuck up at the DMV is not having your paperwork in order.
Depends on the DMV. Out in the suburbs next to all the farmland, the DMV is usually good and quick. Go anywhere near a city though and that tune will quickly change.
