The company is better off without them. 60 employees total. I bet it was 20 who were trying to stage a woke coup and the owner wasn't going to cave to their demands. People are starting to push back.

True... !

That company is BASED!

Company is BASED!

In fact the Founders chose the name "BASEcamp" as the company name, to fight the WOKE Clown World.

Based!

$ rails test --pride

That's based?

rails test --pride

OMG!!!! So goddamned gay!

https://www.google.com/search?q=rails+test+--pride

I wonder if "rails test --transgender" emits only about 27 letters and then kills itself, 42% of the type you run that?

Tech journalist Casey Newton said about one-third of the company’s roughly 60 employees took buyouts shortly after, with one fuming: “Basically the company has said, ‘well, your opinions don’t really matter — unless it’s directly related to business…’ A lot of people are gonna have a tough time living with that.”"

Imagine that. A company hires you to do a specific job and doesn't give a single fuck about your political opinions. It's called running a business.

I'll bet $50 that they didn't lose 33% of their total productivity.

Productivity will likely go up without these useless woke gold bricks weighing everyone else down. With the political agenda pushing blue-hairs gone, the rest of the workers can actually work more and better by simply being free from the constant drama those types stir up. More companies need to do this.

This and administering the snowflake test in job interviews would do a lot to keep them out. Bonus is if you have a legitimate company policy to keep politics out of the workplace you can fire them for violating it and they can't even get unemployment.

Shieeeet. What a clever way to clean-house. Good for them.

I have always believe in the 80/20 rule...80% of the output is generated by 20% of the employees. I find it very unlikely those woke tards were in the producer category.

this was the professional world before jews created millennials

The deal was if you worked for 3+ years you get 6 months pay as severance, 3 months if less. Lol "standing up for whats right" or "hey 6months of free money & woke points"

Their woke points will not translate to any job offers in the private sector. No real boss would hire them if they knew of their problematic leftist past.

They will all need to work for peanuts at a small college or county government office.

Yeah I can't tell if they quit because woke or just because it was a good time financially. Everyone knows after people get paid off they quit.

[–] 4 pts

Good. Now perhaps the company can hire people who are interested in actually work. I fuckin' despise the "woke" culture.

Programmers are such faggots

[–] 3 pts

These probably arent' the programmers, they're the designers and community co-ordinators.

[–] 2 pts

If you look at who quit, it's basically all fluffy bullshit jobs.

It's pretty bad. I can't understand how so many in the profession based on logic became such woke idiots. Just pathetic really.

They lived a sheltered easy life. Most went to white schools. And bullying that happened before then millennial generation is all but gone. So they live in easy comfort separated from niggers. They have no idea how bad niggers really are because the only ones they've interacted with or probably at the college level or at the professional level. Basically the 5% of niggers and they have no clue how the other 95% act.

What an entitled cunt. Why would you expect your opinions to matter to your employer?

I never wanted my employer to know my opinions on anything outside of work.

Expect good things from the company.
