Two sides of the same coin.
One to rule the religious.
One to rule the secular.
They appear in opposition to each other but in they end they sit on the same side of the table in opposition to God and all who would serve Him.
Jews don't rule anything. They don't even own Israel.
A leaked 1993 letter between Pope Saint John Paul II and Shimon Peres reveals their subservience to Rome. Peres promised to internationalize Jerusalem allowing UN control over the old city and the Vatican would be given hegemony over the holy sites within.
Both the journalist who reported this and the leaker are now dead. The leaker, named Meyir, was crushed by a UN truck in a traffic 'accident'.
The Holy See rules the temporal and spiritual powers of this world. All roads lead to Rome. Even Israel.
