This article should be re-written to record the truth. The FBI will hunt for anyone they are told to hunt for with or without a warrant. They will effectively ignore the terrorist known to them but also most likely to cause an event, which will fit the current narrative. The only reason there is any secret court is because some judge somewhere is worried about getting his/her ass handed to him/her.
