Yeah, I used to go there all the time, and then the owner of the site banned me even though I was a loyal user, and I donated cryptocurrency. He didn't like my language, and I didn't even use any "N words." He said he gave me warnings, and then quickly banned me. I didn't even know he was messaging me about anything because I usually don't look at my inbox. And he banned me for the stupidest reason, which is that I used insults in my headlines. I just swore, nothing to write home about. The owner of the website was such a micro-managing piece of cunt. That place was no better than reddit. I thought it was in the beginning. But people warned me, and I didn't believe them. Then I said fuck it, and I never went back. I mean, why the fuck would people go to your smaller, crappier website if the rules are just like reddit? That dude was such a fucking retard. Glad that site is dead. Fuck saidit.net, and reddit, too.
Similar shit happened to ruqqus. They serve a purpose though... they bridge the gap between reddit and here. I would've never been ready for the JQ and such without that middle step.
Ruqqus, in addition to Redditifying, became overrun with bots to the point of unusability. I used to go there in addition to here, but every "real" user there just gets drowned out with bots, so there's no point in it.

Yes it's vital. These middle man "reddit alternatives" are palatable enough to your average person who has been disillusioned by the rampant leftist censorship but still hasn't become aware of the insane media programming. I was looking for a reddit alternative and found ruqqus and voat. Went to voat and was like "nope. Crazy racist nazis."
Ruqqus allowed for that middle ground discussion that is necessary to move beyond the brainwashing and see the world how it actually is.
That is also why it is so important to go post shit on those sites. If it's drowned out and censored like on reddit it becomes "oh those crazy racist nazis." If it is nothing BUT that then it becomes "oh those crazy racist nazis." But when you have mildly right leaning sites that are peppered with facts and questions and memes that show people the truth, they get to digest them in acceptable bites.
