They are different religions. One thing is the some Sikhs can be cool, they hate Muslims too. But like all Indians they can be total shit birds.

Sikh is a special offshoot of Hindu that was created to fight the Muslims. That’s why they always carry knives.

Edit: it’s obviously much more complicated than that, but they are both Indian religions, both share many elements, but the Sikhs are the fighters.
