The second amendment implied that we were supposed to be the primary recipient of weapons and the military the secondary, out of the weapons we own. It's not so much that we want all the weapons that the military has. It's that the military shouldn't have anything that we don't. If they want tanks then we need them first. If they want remote operated drones with bunker penetrating smart bombs, we need them first.

Stephen Paddock is innocent. The real murderers who murdered our people were in helicopters and on foot with saw guns like FN MAXIMI and M240 Bravo here is an 8 minute video showing proof of multiple shooters. Most of what government does is unconstitutional. Forced registration is unconstitutional, forced licensing is unconstitutional.

Technically forced insurance is forced gambling.

See we have rights. When we express a right no one can convert the expression of that right into a crime. When we express a right no one can tax the expression of that right.

Owning property is the most fundamental right. Forced registration of property is unconstitutional. Forced travel licensing is unconstitutional. Property taxes are unconstitutional. Forced gun registration is unconstitutional.

At first auto registration was voluntarily and was to prevent theft. If i have a pos $200 car i dont need to spend $98 every year to register it. No one will steal it, and if they do i dont care.

At first auto licensing was started in Pennsylvania. Back then horse n buggy roads were not like modern roads. The first autos were electric cars with many heavy lead acid batteries. These autos trashed the roads. Most of the autos were hauling freight or passengers meaning they were making money hauling freight or taxi service. Legally the phrase "using the roads in excessive means" evolved into licensing fees to be paid just for those making money using the roads. These fees helped pay for repairs.

Burocrats realized there is money to be made. Now every one has to pay.

Those old battery autos were called motor vehicles, because they had lead acid batteries and a motor. I travel in a automobile powered by an international combustion engine not a motor. The only motor in my car is the wiper motor, the starter motor, window motor, but propelled by an engine. Thats why we have the department of motor vehicles.

When i bring my grandmother to the church or the kids to soccer practice i am not involved in commerce. I am not making money on the road. It is just a conveyance of my guests in my property. No tax or licensing should be applied.

I can go on into the legal lexicon word tricks they play like drive-operate v travel , automobile v motor vehicle. But i will spare you that.

Point is they trick an inch and grab a mile. They are doing the same with the 2nd ammendment.

We need to return to the ways of ol Americana.#####

The reason govt gets away with it is, our ignorance(poor education- indoctrination) That and, legislative and judicial corruption.

Stephen Paddock didn't even shoot anyone. He was dead before the real shooters did it with saw guns and from helicopters and there were multiple shooters all over the strip.
