I'm in favor of the culling of the welfare queens. I pay my rent and have been evicted before. I still think apartments are a bad idea but as a latchkey kid from the 80s It took awhile to reach that conclusion as its my native environment. Still, it would be(and once was) much nicer at all of them when everyone was paying to be there. No one wanted to wreck it. That said, I have in general, come to LOATHE communal living in such close vicinity. (I want neighbors, but not these and not sharing walls or even fences)
