Mainly because the correct solution (en.wikipedia.org) would saddle MD with a bunch of useless criminals who are nothing but a burden on the taxpayer.
I used to travel a lot for work and I tended to do most of my travel at night because it was quicker and less stressful. I've had a few bad experiences in D.C. that caused me to adjust the way I travel. I was curious to how D.C. compared to Baltimore, and it is a peaceful oasis (en.wikipedia.org) compared to Baltimore. Four times the murder rate of D.C. is almost unfathomable to me.
Its troublesome to have to manipulate the votes so instead of doing that shit simply make blue states out of nigger riddled areas and give them 2 senators each. The senate becomes nigger and all laws can be passed easily.
