Possibly. Sometimes simple phony whisper campaigns do the job. Other times the cabal creates strategic weak points in key areas around the country. Some are time bombs, poorly built infrastructure and defense intended to break down and force reliance on the feds. Others are compromised and simply waiting to be triggered in the event states or localities don’t want to comply with the agenda. Then there’s the good old false flags. The point is, it doesn’t matter the “cause” because they’re intent on using these manufactured crises, both real and imagined, to the end goal of a weak, helpless population begging for aid and giving up whatever is asked in the process.
