It does, but the problem with the world is that this is a possibility to the point that an edited photo like this is believable. It's not like they changed it to "light green skin," which would just be ridiculous... this, on the other hand, is totally believable in this world.

It is edited and fake. The original broadcast did not have that bar at the top saying "Dark white skin".

Also note the spacing of the bullet points being the same distance and how the edited one at the top is too close to the real top bullet point that says the guy's name. As there was very little room left above the original top bullet point and the top of the graphic, the added bullet point couldn't be placed so that it would have the proper amount of space between it and the real top bullet point. They just squeezed it into the space that was available there.
