What charges is the cop actually up against? Possible he gets off for murder but I imagine he's still looking at excessive force or something stupid like that?
Edit: Murder 2, murder 3 and manslaughter 2. The only way he doesn't do time is if they can convince the jury he actually OD. I'm thinking best case he gets off on the murder charges and gets pinned for manslaughter.
