Well Chevron didn't lock him up. Seems like deflection from who did. also if he were a regukar guy it would not be house arrest

House arrest is given even to violent criminals. You just have to pay about $40 a day.

Actually, if there's yet to be a trial, I'm confused why this guy isn't out on bond.

Judges can require home detention while out on bond.

The article is gibberish. Either the judge is extremely biased or the retard that wrote the article is leaving out some very significant info.
