This is fucking crazy I am false on the fbi list because of a class a misdemeanor that I think was put in their system wrong. I can't buy a gun right now and their is not one legitimate reason I can't. I am trying to fight it but it is practically impossible because they only deal with shit by email and it is a confusing and convoluted process. You have to get finger prints and all do all kinds of bullshit to prove you are who you say you are<<< but there is no chain of custody in the process so it is a giant fucking dog and pony show. It is infuriating and you can not talk to a human it is all fucking bullshit I tried talking to a lawyer and no help their either they want to try getting my misdemeanor expunged or something but it doesn't need to be there is nothing about my case that kept me from owning or buying a gun the case means nothing...
