In all reality, over 50% would have likely gained a bit of weight over the last year anyway.
I lost weight and gained muscle. I'm not going to rot on my couch while the commies destroy western culture.
Set up a heavy bag, rings, and squat rack in my garage. Won't let these fucks take me down without a fight
garage gym
Best gym.
Set up a weights bench in my home gym a few months back. It has one of those things on the end to hold more weights for lots more different exercises and I swear I use that more than the olympic bar. It's a great addition. Now I'm wondering what will make a good final addition, I've totally got room for one more thing.
Gymnastic rings or a heavy bag.
Let me see your nudes. I bet you’re cut up with a nice dick huh

Leave.
Leave him alone!!! He's the only way I know I'm not on reddit
Alcoholics too.
I'll throw my hat in on that one.
Americans gaining weight, quickly
fta
According to the new APA survey, 2 in 5 of the 3,000 adults surveyed gained more weight than they intended over the last year, at an average of 29 pounds per person. Ten percent said they gained more than 50 pounds.
50 pounds?!?!?! God damn.
I gained about 30 pounds but it was because I had started working out and my appetite went way up then all of a sudden the gym shuts down and but I’m still hungry. I’m almost back to where I was though
How much of that 30 pounds went to your dick?
I was staying the same and then my wife got a lung cancer diagnosis and my diet has been shit since September. I'm up 20 something since then and trying to break a cookie habit.
That amount is sickening. I put on around 20 after the gyms closed here, because I was previously working out every morning and my home at the time didn't have enough space or property for decent exercise. My fiance and I found a gym that doesn't require masks and signed up. Already got my cardio back to where it was, and I'm hitting personal bests on machine weights. Just a matter of burning off the extra baggage I've accumulated, and I'm back where I want to be.
Taking a short break probably helped you fully recover your body from the gym work before it. Good for you to break records!
This cuntry is doomed
That's ok, there's a supply chain problem. Food will be scarce soon.
I gained 4 lbs. 144 to 148.
I've lost about 20. Half of that is water weight though
Turns out I just needed to poop real bad.
I lost ~18 pounds.
I also went from ~14% BF to ~8% BF.
All according to plan goy.
I was unable to go to the gym and my pool was closed. I was lifting 3x a week and swimming after.
I actually lost weight - and gained muscle - because I became healthier and cut out the remaining crap in my diet - which wasn't much to be honest.
This "pandemic" is just an excuse for people to be lazy fucks.
Amerifats got fatter, wutta shocker
