Literally anything can trigger these chimp outs. Just go to YouTube and search "fight at (insert restaurant)" and you will likely find numerous results of black people hopping on tables and screeching. Red lobster, McDonald's, Applebee's, Olive Garden, pretty much anywhere. The more you have in one location the larger the brawl until eventually you get to this level.
I am curious as to why is there such a high frequency of it. There is plenty of videos that demonstrate this but it never amounts to anything more than yet another link on world star. I find it rather peculiar that the frequency is high enough they feel the need to smother the issue by masking it as covid rules or something
Critical mass. Niggers are aggressive and fight other niggers. When they encounter too many, especially unknown ones not from their "hood" fights can cascade.
Looks like it's an internal chimpout, followed by opportunistic walking out on the bill.
Get enough niggers together, maybe add some alcohol and it's inevitable.
