There's nothing good about Somalis and they have no good leadership. I'm talking about Gaddafi, but even starting with someone like him you'd need several dozen generations of positive eugenics to see a good effect. No place is currently practicing anything like it.
Gaddafi was a peice of shit. Why would you worship him? Because he tries to create a gold standard? One decent idea doesn't forgive all the other shit he pulled.
Gold standard is a big one, but he also worked to raise up a middle class with education incentives. Most MENA dictators would rather waste their money on Ferrari's and Instagram models for their degenerate broodlings. He also held back the migrant invasion of Europe while he was alive. He's no Hitler, but he was one of the best non-white leaders Africa has ever had.
