they've ramped up the strong military type hero womyn in the last 2 years in movies. men would have been clearly better for the role. instead they got the womyn flopping around like a spyder monkey to take down a guy that Jean Claude would have trouble with.
I don't even watch movies with women as the lead characters
At least men knew at a primal level that "muh khaleesi" was a farce in Terminator Genisys.
Yea it's funny because I've heard stories of women seeing these movies and going out and trying some shit on their boyfriend or friends, only to report how fucking easily-overpowered they were. Shit I'm forever casually tightening lids without even thinking and my wife is always coming to me to open them because she can't. It's actually gotten to the point that I'll just back them off a skosh, especially if I'm sending a thermos to daycare.
She came to my workout one day, and she couldn't, with two legs, lift the leg extension weight that I was doing for a single leg. And of course at the gym it's rare to see even a strong girl bench > 135 lbs, which most guys rep or even warm up with.
There was a lot of make believe in the Avengers movies but Black Widow as an effective melee fist-fighter was peak disbelief.
