In countries OTHER than the USA, it is 100% OK to run over obstructing pedestrians. In a handful of US states because of Black Lives Matter swarming and assaulting drivers, you can also now run down pedestrians intent on stopping your vehicle to possibly assault you... but there can still remain civil suits, just not penal crime.

But in OTHER countries that used to do a lot of highway robbery and murder of richer lighter skinned drivers, its always been legal to keep driving and mow them down. Even Mexico.

Decades ago, Reginald Denny stopped his truck for black protesters who then promptly pulled him out of his large truck and made him retarded for life. They caught the blacks by doing DNA testing of fish looted from his truck and found in various freezers in the black neighborhood's kitchens, and from video of them bashing in his skull.

I would bet 100% of everything I have that the law does not mention race, color or groups. I have not read it, but it probably reads that people surrounded on public motor ways and prevented from continuing unobstructed or being attacked would not be held liable for injurys sustained by those blocking their way

The law was created de facto to address black and antifa jew rioters, and lawful White drivers.

Christian Whites do not fill in streets attacking Black and Antifa Jew drivers.

You must not watch the news.

BLM rioters in highways surrounding cars are comprised of 95% Blacks and Jews.

Quit smearing Whites by pretending that the drivers are black and the car attackers are christian whites.... because that is not true.

The reason all 10 of the very white states that tried or succeeded in passing these laws should indicate to you its not random selection of states... its to counteract BLM and Antifa jews attacking White citizens.
