If you're buying something from them, how do they get it to the police station? I've contemplated buying farm equipment locally this way, and moving it from one trailer to another in the police station parking lot seems like it'd be a massive pain.

Also, if you're buying a car from someone, how is he supposed to get it to the police station? On one hand, if he drives it there himself then that's a sign that the car is driveable, but OTOH then the guy is walking back unless he brings a buddy for a pickup.
