Burning brush to maintain 100+ year grazing land that they had leased because the government wouldn't do it's job was
Even though fire is a good management tool, setting fire to somebody else's property is still arson.
But it's public property
Correct, which means not theirs. Go and start a forest fire on public lands and see how that goes for you (and how it should go).
So it's ok to set fire to property that isn't yours if it's public property? If that's true, I'm headed down to the library and the public school tomorrow.
They started it on their own property and it got slightly out of control. Something like 160 acres maybe. The BLM starts fires that go out of control and burn hundreds of thousands of acres and no one goes to jail for that. The fire they were trying to head off was started by someone. There is a witness but the judge wouldn't allow testimony. Courts are pretty corrupt ya know.

Around 4 mins is an excellent example.
Tell you what. Burn down a building you leased and see how that works out for you.
Lavoy Finacum was no better than the niggers who occupied CHAZ. Stop defending this jackass.
Burning fields is maintenance. Burning buildings is arson. Moron
Burning ANYTHING you don't own without permission is arson. Moron.
Go, hang out with BLM if you think this is fine.
