I'm of the belief that if you served your time, you shouldn't be denied your constitutional rights. And seriously, who wouldn't get nailed as a "felon" if the Feds decided to crawl up your ass and make an example out of you?
In principle I agree but we have niggers in our country and the government recognizes them as people.
