I took it for the first time today. Jesus Christ i was so jacked. Not only did I go up on all the lifts I was doing. My reps went up with the extra weight.

Yea it was leg day today. Past couple weeks Iv been kinda. Idk out of it. Weak and sluggish or whatever. Today was the exact opposite. Idk if that was the pill or not but something changed

i do cycling and haul stuff while cycling. and hike and camp. i take creatine and beta alanine sometimes like most people.
