The female majority businesses I've worked in have been really fucking trashy, like now that women can do what men always did they think they have to act like the worst stereotypes. I worked (not for long) in a place with this gross fat manager that would yell across the room about how her guy did or didn't fuck her right and then go into descriptions of vibrators she bought for herself. It turned my stomach.
went for a job interview with AGL (energy company) i was immediately alarmed when i got into their lobby and they have plaques everywhere that say quite clearly 'national workplace for women award' or some shit, like they have all these awards for making life easy for women.
i get into the interview its like one of those retarded group session things where they watch how you work. so half a dozen people work away and do their thing, interviewer asks someone to present, one fucking blonde fat bitch who looks like she came from the beach says 'ill go first!' then goes and presents everyone elses work as her own. there was like 3 people holding themselves back from jumping the table.
guess who got the job.
Almost every tech interview I've had with a woman hiring manager ends with her admitting she doesn't know anything about the job she's hiring for and only knew I got the skills test right because they gave her an answer key. Usually she would giggle something like oh, I don't know any of this strange coding man stuff! It's shameful that we all got here.
