I just anticipate that anyone who hits a black rioter or antifa jew or drives past a fat activist and the wind pressure causes a heart attack, is going to get the Fields treatment and be sent to solitary confinement for 400+ years.

Yup, this is the problem. States say one thing, federal govt comes in and says nope, cant do that. Now you have a law which is both legal and illegal depending on who you ask. If anything, this is a very poor way of fixing the broken system
