there has to be some law that says you cant charge people an unknown amount, no one can agree to a sum or price that they dont know about

They took the risk. Buying variable rate electricity is akin to shorting GME in the stock market.

No, it's not. Not when the president is in control of when to short squeeze you into paying Thier funders for more campaign donations.

and I assume they knew they were buying this? I'm not there, so I dont know.

Judges can void contracts they deem dishonest or predatory.

They can use the Vox Day strategy too (voxday.blogspot.com). If everyone sues the company will be bankrupted by legal costs.

Really?

Been to a doctor anytime in the past few decades?

Due diligence. Learn it, live it.

I dont think its communist to demand unambiguous contracts, I dont want anything for free.

It would be a very simple thing to trick any person into an arrangement that when coordinated with fuckery, indebts them far more than intended.

That is not the work of honest people.

You're a child, then.

This is the same reason I never get a variable rate on a loan, or mortgage.

You're a fucking moron if you think a variable rate power supply company is a good idea.

Personal responsibility is a real thing.
